Not Enough memory available to complete this operation (faulting module:sqlceqp35.dll) Exception code 0xc0000005

Hi 

I had encountered with the following exception while inserting the huge data(around 700-1000 records) in sqlce 3.5 in compact application

version.

We are disposing all sqlce objects like sqlcecommand,sqlcedatareader and we are using only one connection string throughout the app.

please help .......
